Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging ESL lessons that enhance students' English language proficiency.

Develop students' skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing through interactive teaching methods.

Assess students' language abilities and prepare lesson plans based on their learning needs.

Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation.

Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.

Incorporate creative teaching resources and educational technology into classroom instruction.

Foster students' confidence in using English for academic and everyday communication.

Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.

Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to support student development.

Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and extracurricular activities as required.
